Senior Full Stack Developer – AdTech

We are a fast-growing AdTech company helping online publishers maximize their advertising revenue through innovative technology and data-driven solutions.

We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong JavaScript/TypeScript expertise and experience in the AdTech ecosystem to join our R&D team.

In this role, you'll build and scale the technologies behind our advertising platform, working across backend and frontend to solve complex challenges in real-time advertising, programmatic monetization, and high-performance web applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and modern web applications
• Build high-performance full-stack solutions using Node.js and React
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services
• Build and optimize integrations with Google Ad Manager (GAM), Prebid.js, and advertising technologies
• Develop high-performance client-side ad implementations and optimize browser performance
• Optimize application performance, scalability, latency, and reliability
• Work with AI-powered tools and technologies to improve engineering productivity and platform capabilities
• Collaborate with Product, Data, and Engineering teams to deliver new platform capabilities
• Participate in architecture discussions and technical design decisions
• Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve platform stability
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following engineering best practices

Requirements

• 5+ years of Full Stack development experience
• Strong production experience with JavaScript and TypeScript
• Hands-on experience with Node.js
• Experience with React (or a similar modern frontend framework)
• Experience building scalable REST APIs and asynchronous services
• Strong understanding of browser performance, asynchronous programming, and web optimization
• Experience building high-traffic, scalable web applications
• Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases
• Experience working with AWS or GCP
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and production deployments
• Strong understanding of software architecture, distributed systems, and design patterns
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Fluent English

• Experience with CTV / OTT advertising
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Microservices, or Infrastructure as Code
• Experience integrating AI technologies into products or engineering workflows
