Digital Product Manager

We're Hiring: Digital Product Manager

A leading financial services company is looking for a Digital Product Manager to join its team.

Responsibilities:

• Own and manage digital products end-to-end

• Gather, analyze, and write business requirements

• Define the product MVP and roadmap

• Prioritize development tasks and manage sprint planning

• Drive user experience while ensuring regulatory compliance and continuous innovation

• Define KPIs, analyze product performance, and lead ongoing optimization efforts

• Train and support customer service and sales teams on product capabilities

• Manage user-reported issues and coordinate resolutions

• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and external vendors

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience managing digital products or projects in the insurance and financial services industry – Mandatory

• Experience in digital insurance products – Mandatory (Please do not apply if you do not have relevant insurance industry experience)

• Understanding of software development processes

• Experience with JIRA, Figma, Google Analytics, and Glassbox

• Strong stakeholder management and excellent interpersonal skills

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational, prioritization, and customer service skills
