We are growing fast and looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to own our growth engine end to end, from the first paid click to the pipeline number leadership sees every week. This role owns four functions completely: paid acquisition and digital performance, organic growth, marketing operations and attribution, and pipeline growth. Responsibilities
Paid Acquisition & Digital Performance
- Own the paid acquisition strategy and execution across search and social, from budget allocation to creative testing to bid strategy
- Report on CAC, ROAS, and pipeline contribution by channel
- Own website conversion strategy, including landing page testing and digital experience optimization
Organic Growth (SEO, AEO, Email, and more)
- Build and execute Lasso’s SEO strategy, including technical SEO, content-driven organic growth, and keyword prioritization
- Own answer engine optimization (AEO) as AI-driven search becomes a primary discovery channel for technical buyers
- Run email marketing and nurture programs that move prospects through the funnel
- Identify and test new organic channels as candidates to scale
- Guide Product Marketing and vendor content writers on website and demand generation materials to create
Marketing Operations & Attribution
- Own the marketing technology stack, automation, and lead lifecycle management (HubSpot)
- Build and maintain multi-touch attribution to show which channels and content actually drive pipeline
- Partner with Sales and RevOps to keep lead routing, scoring, and reporting accurate
- Use AI tools to automate operational workflows and scale the team’s output
Pipeline Growth
- Own the pipeline number: set targets, forecast coverage, and report progress to leadership
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales and Product Marketing to keep pipeline generation aligned with how Lasso sells
- Use performance data to decide where budget and effort should shift next
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of B2B growth marketing experience, ideally in cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS
- Proven track record owning a pipeline target and being accountable for the number
- Hands-on experience running paid acquisition programs and measuring performance across channels
- Strong understanding of SEO, with working knowledge of AEO
- Deep familiarity with marketing operations: automation, lead scoring, attribution, and funnel analytics
- Comfortable moving between strategy and hands-on execution
- Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to build and interpret attribution and performance reporting
- Advantage: Native-level English with excellent written communication
