Location: Champion Towers, Bnei Brak (opposite Ayalon Mall)

Work Schedule: Sunday–Thursday, 09:00–18:00

Hybrid Model: One work-from-home day per week

Overview

We are looking for an experienced and driven Account Supervisor for Glikman, Shamir, Samaonov Advertisig agency, to lead a team of account executive and oversee the day-to-day operations of some of our big clients.

In this role, you will be responsible for the team performance, client satisfaction, workflow management, and the successful execution of online and offline media activities across multiple clients. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, advertising agencies, media partners, and clients to ensure outstanding results and service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Account Managers.
• Oversee team performance, workload distribution, and task prioritization.
• Ensure smooth workflow processes and operational excellence across the department.
• Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
• Manage large-scale projects and coordinate with production, creative, and media teams.
• Build and optimize work processes, operational frameworks, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Collaborate closely with divisions in the company and improve campaign outcomes.
• Maintain ongoing communication with management teams across advertising and digital agencies.
  
  

• Proven experience managing end-to-end operations and campaigns.
• Strong client management skills, including client retention and relationship building.
• Experience working with advertising, marketing, or digital agencies.
• Previous team leadership and people management experience.
• Deep understanding of major media platforms and their best practices.
• Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage performance data to drive results.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic agency environment.
