To make that vision a reality, we're looking for our Founding Revenue Leader.
This is not a traditional Head of Sales role.
It's an opportunity to build the commercial capability behind the future of Points of You®.
You won't inherit a mature commercial engine.
You'll help build one.
If you love building relationships, closing meaningful business, and helping others become successful commercial leaders, this role was built for you.

Your challenge will be to transform those assets into a scalable Revenue Engine by personally closing opportunities, building commercial systems, and developing the sales capabilities of our global Business Partner ecosystem.
Your Mission
Own the commercial journey from the moment a qualified lead enters the pipeline until the deal is won.
Personally drive revenue while building the commercial capabilities of our global Business Partner ecosystem, enabling more partners to confidently generate and close business independently.
Your success won't be measured only by the revenue you generate.
It will also be measured by the number of Business Partners who become capable of generating and closing business independently because of your leadership.
What You'll Do
• Own qualified opportunities from first conversation through discovery, proposal, negotiation, closing, and commercial handoff.
• Personally lead high-value sales conversations and close strategic opportunities.
• Build and continuously improve our Revenue Engine, including CRM discipline, forecasting, pipeline management, sales processes, and commercial playbooks.
• Work side by side with our global Business Partners, joining customer meetings, coaching them through real opportunities, and helping them become confident business developers.
• Design practical sales playbooks, tools, methodologies, and best practices that can be adopted across our global Business Partner ecosystem.
• Build a repeatable coaching and co-selling model that enables Business Partners to generate and close more business independently.
• Identify commercial insights from the field and continuously improve our offers, positioning, and go-to-market strategy.
• Work closely with the founders and leadership team to help build the commercial engine behind the future of Points of You®.
We're Looking For Someone Who
• Has a proven track record of personally closing complex consultative B2B deals.
• Knows how to build a repeatable sales system, not just achieve individual targets.
• Has experience coaching salespeople, partners, consultants, or business development teams.
• Knows how to create practical playbooks, sales processes, and coaching systems that people actually use.
• Enjoys coaching others as much as closing deals.
• Thrives in ambiguity and enjoys building rather than maintaining.
• Is highly accountable, hands-on, and entrepreneurial.
• Thinks strategically while executing relentlessly.
• Speaks fluent English. Hebrew is an advantage.
