To make that vision a reality, we're looking for our Founding Business Operations Leader.

This is not a traditional Business Operations role.

It's an opportunity to build the operating system behind the future of Points of You®.

You won't inherit a mature operational engine.

You'll help build one.

Your challenge will be to transform growing complexity into scalable systems, AI-powered automation, operational excellence, and execution that enable the company to grow without increasing founder dependency.

Your Mission

Build the operating system that enables every part of the company to execute consistently, efficiently, intelligently, and at scale.

Your success won't be measured by how many projects you manage.

It will be measured by how much clarity, efficiency, scalability, automation, and founder independence you create.

What You'll Do

• Build and continuously improve the company's operational infrastructure, systems, and workflows.

• Design scalable operating procedures, documentation, dashboards, automations, and internal playbooks.

• Own the operational delivery behind every product, program, order, event, and business process.

• Lead and optimize our operational platforms, including CRM, Airtable, automation, business systems, fulfillment, billing, collections, and internal workflows.

• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to simplify workflows, eliminate manual work, and improve operational efficiency across the company.

• Coordinate execution across teams, ensuring priorities move from strategy to implementation.

• Identify operational bottlenecks, simplify complexity, and continuously improve how the company operates.

• Build systems that enable our Revenue Engine, Marketing, Community, Professional Development, AI initiatives, and Business Partner ecosystem to scale efficiently.

• Work closely with the founders and leadership team to build the operating system behind the future of Points of You®.

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Has experience building business operations in a growing company.

• Thinks in systems, AI, automation, and continuous improvement.

• Loves creating clarity from complexity.

• Knows how to build operating procedures, documentation, automations, and scalable workflows that people actually use.

• Is excited by AI, automation, and emerging technologies, and naturally looks for ways to turn repetitive work into scalable systems.

• Is highly organized, hands-on, and execution-driven.

• Takes ownership, follows through, and enjoys making things happen.

• Thrives in ambiguity and enjoys building rather than maintaining.

• Is entrepreneurial, proactive, and highly accountable.

• Speaks fluent English. Hebrew is an advantage.
