IT manager

We are looking for a hands-on, highly motivated, and experienced IT & Information Systems Manager to take full ownership of our company's IT infrastructure, support, and tech operations. In this role, you will be the go-to person for our employees for all tech-related matters, while simultaneously driving end-to-end technology projects, managing system implementation, and ensuring top-notch security and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Helpdesk & Support: Act as the primary focal point and trusted advisor for employees on all IT and technology-related matters.
• IT Infrastructure & Hardware Management: Responsible for IT and hardware in all company's offices.
• Network & Connectivity: Maintain and troubleshoot company network equipment, including routers, VPNs, firewalls, and proxies.
• Systems & Cloud Ownership: Manage, operate, and optimize our information systems and cloud environment (AWS). Take full ownership of SaaS platforms, user provisioning, and licensing (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365).
• Server Operations: Handle server operations and infrastructure maintenance to ensure high availability and performance.
• Security & Compliance: Partner closely with the CISO to implement strict security protocols. Lead the IT readiness and ongoing alignment with external auditors for compliance certifications (ISO & SOC 2).

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 4+ years of proven experience in IT Management, System Administration, or a similar role.
• Compliance (Must-Have): Direct experience working with external consultants and auditors on compliance certifications, specifically ISO and SOC 2.
• Cloud & Infrastructure: Hands-on experience with AWS cloud environments and server operations. Experience managing and maintaining resources on AWS.
• Strong proficiency in managing and configuring Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
• Deep understanding of networking concepts: VPN, Routers, Proxies, and Security protocols.
• Solid background in IT hardware troubleshooting, provisioning, and inventory management.
• Experience with Intune, sentinel one, and other endpoint management platforms
• Hands-on experience with troubleshooting MS Windows and Macs.
