Lead customers business transformation through AI-driven solutions.
As an AI Business Solutions Lead, you will be responsible for identifying business needs, mapping business processes, translating them into practical AI solutions, and leading their successful implementation. You will serve as a strategic business partner to the company's customers, bridging the gap between business objectives and Product, R&D, and Delivery teams.
This is a customer-facing role that involves working closely with enterprise clients, facilitating workshops, leading business discovery and consulting engagements, and driving the long-term success and growth of customer accounts.
Depending on the scope and complexity of the engagement, you will lead projects directly or through Project Managers and Delivery teams.
Responsibilities:
- Business Discovery
- Work closely with customers on-site and engage with key stakeholders.
- Learn and analyze existing business processes.
- Identify pain points, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement through AI.
- AI Solution Design
- Define and document business use cases.
- Design AI-driven business processes tailored to customer needs.
- Lead workshops and solution design sessions with customers.
- Customer Ownership
- Build trusted relationships with customer leadership.
- Lead strategic discussions and develop customer roadmaps for expanding the adoption of the platform.
- Delivery & Business Growth
- Provide professional guidance and leadership to Project Managers.
- Own overall delivery quality and customer success.
- Manage customer and internal escalations.
- Identify opportunities to expand customer engagement.
- Support upsell and renewal initiatives.
- Internal Leadership
- Communicate customer feedback and field insights to Product and R&D teams.
- Develop Business Solutions methodologies and frameworks.
- 5+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Business Solutions, Professional Services, Solution Consulting, Delivery, Digital Transformation, AI Consulting.
- Proven experience working with enterprise customers.
- Experience leading complex cross-functional projects.
- Experience leading business discovery and solution design processes.
- Experience working with senior executives (Director level and above, including C-level).
- Experience leading commercial discussions and expanding customer engagements is a significant advantage.
- Strong understanding of AI and Generative AI technologies.
- Experience working with AI tools and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Ability to translate business needs into technology solutions.
- Understanding of SaaS and Enterprise Software products.
- Familiarity with Data, APIs, and system integrations is an advantage.
