Company Description Open Room is a private, highly curated community for founders, solopreneurs, freelancers, and small business owner-operators who want honest support and clear-headed perspective. Members are matched into one of three groups based on stage: just getting started, running solo, or scaling a business that’s working. Each group is led by experienced entrepreneurs who have built and run their own companies, ensuring grounded guidance and human-centered interaction. The community is designed to reduce the isolation of building in the AI era by connecting people who understand the realities of SaaS, agencies, consultancies, and other small ventures. Open Room was co-founded by entrepreneurs Alex Prober and Itay Forer, who created the space they wished they’d had while growing their own businesses.

Open Room is accepting applications from independent founders, solopreneurs, and small business owners who are actively building and looking for a stronger peer network.

This opportunity is designed for people who are responsible for making most of the important decisions in their business and would benefit from regularly discussing those decisions with a small, carefully selected group of peers.

Members are placed in intimate groups based on their experience, business stage, and current challenges. Conversations may cover growth, product direction, operations, pricing, hiring, personal accountability, and the realities of building without a traditional leadership team.

We are looking for people who:

• Are actively building or running their own business

• Have real experience and perspectives to contribute

• Are open about challenges rather than only sharing successes

• Value practical conversations over generic networking

• Can commit to participating consistently

Open Room is not a course, accelerator, or employment position. It is a curated peer community for people building independently who want thoughtful relationships, honest feedback, and greater accountability.

Selected applicants will be invited to a short introductory conversation to determine whether there is a relevant group within the community.
