About the Role

The role includes:

• Identifying relevant candidates on LinkedIn and other sourcing channels
• Mapping markets, companies, and talent pools
• Reaching out to candidates in a personal and discreet way
• Conducting initial conversations with potential candidates
• Understanding candidate experience, motivation, and basic fit
• Building candidate lists and maintaining organized search processes
• Working closely with the team on senior-level searches
• Learning different industries, companies, and organizational structures

• You don’t need years of experience, but you do need to have:

Required Skills

• Good familiarity with LinkedIn
• Strong ability to search, identify, and approach people
• Curiosity about people, companies, and business
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• A mature, discreet, and professional approach
• Ability to work independently and take ownership
• A real motivation to learn and grow in Executive Search

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience in recruitment, sourcing, sales, customer-facing roles, research, or business development is an advantage.
