Backend Team Lead

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead to join a challenging and impactful role combining technical leadership, team management, and customer-facing responsibilities.

Responsibilities

:Lead end-to-end software development projects, from planning and design through delivery and production. Manage and guide cross-functional development teams across Frontend, Backend, and Mobile domains while working closely with customers. Drive technical decisions, translate business requirements into scalable solutions, lead Agile processes and sprints, remove blockers, ensure high-quality deliverables, and take ownership of project execution from start to finish

Requirement

• At least 4 years of experience leading software development teams in a Hands-On environment – Mandatory
• Strong understanding of software architecture, integrations, and system design – Mandatory
• Proven experience working in Agile methodologies and leading development sprints – Mandatory
• Experience in Backend and/or Mobile development – Significant advantage
• Experience with Java / Spring Boot – Significant advantage
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure – Advantage
• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field – Advantage
