Customer Support Engineer

🚀 We're Hiring: Level 3 Customer Support Engineer

Do you enjoy solving complex technical challenges, working directly with customers, and collaborating closely with R&D? If you're passionate about troubleshooting and want to make a real impact in the world of OT cyber resilience, we'd love to hear from you.

🔹 Strong technical background

• Windows expertise (Linux is a plus)
• Hands-on troubleshooting experience
• Experience analyzing logs, Windows Event Viewer, and diagnostic tools such as Wireshark and Procmon
• Scripting skills (PowerShell, CMD, or Bash)

🔹 Customer-facing experience

• 2+ years working with global and local customers
• Experience in OT, backup, networking, or cybersecurity is a major advantage
• Excellent English communication skills
• Familiarity with customer support and issue-tracking platforms
• Ability to support customers through multiple channels: phone, email, video, remote access etc.
• Availability for domestic and international travel to support customer deployments and troubleshooting, as required
