Project Manager for Construction and Infrastructure in Jerusalem

A project manager is needed for a construction infrastructure company in Jerusalem to oversee a parking lot and light rail station site. Responsibilities include managing and leading site execution, overseeing engineering execution, work managers, and subcontractors, controlling schedules, budgets, quality, and safety, coordinating with consultants, planners, and project managers, solving engineering issues, and advancing work according to plans. Requirements include being a civil engineer with at least 6 years of experience in execution projects, proficiency in Excel, Ms Project, Revit, and Priority system, with skills in team management and working in a multi-interface environment. Working days are Sunday to Thursday, with Friday alternating shifts, 9 hours a day. Working hours vary as needed. This position is open to both men and women. Skills required include civil engineering, construction engineering, and project management in construction and infrastructure. The scope of work includes building, construction, and infrastructure projects. The location is in Jerusalem.

• Strong project management skills, including experience in leading construction and infrastructure projects and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
• Expeditor and expediting capabilities, with a demonstrated ability to track, follow up, and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Inspection and quality control experience, including oversight of construction work, adherence to standards, and compliance with safety regulations.
• Logistics management skills, covering supply chain coordination, site logistics planning, and efficient use of resources and equipment.
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field; advanced certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) are an advantage.
• Proven experience in large-scale infrastructure or construction projects in Israel, including work with local authorities and regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on meeting deadlines and budgets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and work on-site full time.
