Since 2012, we've been building complex e-commerce and enterprise web solutions for retail chains, fintech companies, and technology startups. We're looking for an early-career Project Manager or someone ready to transition into Project Management from Customer Success, Account Management, Project Coordination, Operations, or a similar client-facing role.

• AI-Powered Workflow: We don't expect PMs to write every specification from scratch. Our internal AI tools help prepare first drafts of specifications, scope estimates, and commercial proposals, allowing you to focus on project management rather than paperwork.
• Visibility & Inclusion: You aren't just a "text in a chat." Once or twice a month, you'll join the CEO for face-to-face client briefings and strategic meetings. This keeps you connected, gives you direct exposure to clients, and makes you an integral part of the team. All travel expenses are fully covered.

• Manage 2–6 projects simultaneously (depending on complexity). You'll start with 2–3 stable long-term projects and gradually take on more responsibility as you complete onboarding.
• Lead client meetings
• Coordinate developers, designers, and QA engineers
• Monitor budgets and timelines
• Prioritize tasks together with the CEO
• Prepare project documentation and technical specifications using AI tools.
  

• The Language Mix: Fluent Russian, good professional English, and solid conversational Hebrew. 
• Tech Comfort (High-Level): You don't need to code. However, you should understand how modern web applications work, including frontend, backend, APIs, databases, basic hosting concepts.
• Project Mindset: This role is a great fit if you've worked as a Project Coordinator, Customer Success Specialist, Account Executive, Client Services Specialist, Implementation Specialist, Operations Coordinator, or in another client-facing role and are ready to grow into Project Management.
• Client Relationship Skills: We value Project Managers who know how to build trust, communicate clearly and professionally, and develop long-term client relationships. We believe great project management is about people as much as processes.
• Autonomy: We believe in ownership rather than micromanagement. Once you're onboarded, you'll have the freedom to make decisions and manage your projects independently.
• Fast Learner: Ready to transition from smaller websites to complex enterprise systems within your first 3 months.
  

• Base Salary: ₪8,000 to ₪10,000 (depending on your tech background and experience) + full social benefits, insurance, and all benefits required under Israeli law.
• Transparent Bonuses: 8% of the project budget volume above a baseline threshold. Paid quarterly with no cap — the more volume you manage, the more you earn. Experienced PMs in our team significantly multiply their income through this bonus system.
• Supportive Onboarding: The first 3 months are fully supported. You will start by shadowing the CEO, learning company processes, and managing stable, long-term clients before taking on intensive new developments.
  

1. Recruiter Interview: A 1-hour conversation to discuss your experience, soft skills, and language capabilities.
2. Personality Assessment: A quick, 10-minute online psychological test at your convenience.
3. Creative Case: A small, creative test assignment to demonstrate your problem-solving skills and approach.
4. CEO Interview: A 30-45 min interview to discuss our way of working and see whether we're a good fit for each other.
