Operations & Processing Manager - Broker Lending (SMB Working Capital)

Location: Tel Aviv (onsite) · Hours: Monday–Thursday, 10:30–19:30, Friday 10:30-16:00 · Type: Full-time, permanent · Reports to: CEO

About the role

We're a working-capital lender and broker that has been financing small and medium businesses for over a decade, sourcing deals through both a broker network and direct channels. We're now building our operations and processing team locally in Tel Aviv, and we're looking for an Operations & Processing Manager to lead it.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll own the engine room of our lending business: the end-to-end flow that turns an application into funded capital, and the team and systems that make it fast, accurate, and scalable. This is a builder's role — you'll set up the processes, standards, and tooling that a growing team runs on, not inherit a machine that already runs itself.

What you'll own

• The processing lifecycle. Manage the flow from application intake through underwriting support, funding, and disbursement — keeping deals moving and brokers informed at every stage.
• Team leadership. Build, hire, and develop the local operations team; set clear roles, standards, and workloads as the team scales.
• Process design. Create and document the SOPs, playbooks, and controls the team operates on, then continuously tighten them as volume grows.
• Speed and quality. Own turnaround times, SLA adherence, and error/rework rates — balancing fast decisions with clean, defensible files.
• Broker experience. Make our operation an easy, reliable partner to work with, from onboarding through funding.
• Quality control & integrity. Own QC across processing and partner with compliance to keep files audit-ready.
• Systems & automation. Get the most out of our tooling (Salesforce and adjacent systems), and identify where automation and AI can eliminate manual work.

What you'll bring

Must-haves

• Native-level English - fluency is not enough.
• Strong command of turnaround, accuracy, and SLA management in a high-volume, detail-heavy environment.
• Super organized character. 
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and building from the ground up.
• An automation- and AI-friendly mindset: you look for ways to systematise and eliminate manual work by default.

Advantageous

• Background in lending, fintech, or financial services operations - SMB working-capital experience is ideal.
• Hands-on familiarity with Salesforce.
• Genuine AI/automation savvy - you actively use these tools and can bring the team along.
• Exposure to broker/intermediary channels.

Salary Levels:

Please note this role is intended for junior position, and salary ranges will vary 11K-14K (base + commissions)
