With a workforce of around 140 employees, they offer long-term stability combined with deep-tech electro-mechanical R&D challenges.

Located in a primary tech park in the North area, operating under a flexible hybrid model (1–2 WFH days based on distance).

Position Overview-

• Hardware & FPGA Design Engineer joining a core R&D hardware group, reporting directly to the Hardware Team Lead.
• Owning the end-to-end development of complex analog and digital boards for precision motion control systems from requirements definition and architecture design to main component selection.
• Hands-on VHDL coding and FPGA implementation for system-level logic and high-speed data handling.
• Guiding layout design execution with external PCB contractors and leading lab bring-up, hardware debugging, and signal integrity verification.
• Supporting the transition to production (NPI) and product lifecycle management while contributing to the architectural design of future-generation products.
• Core Domain & Ecosystem- Board Design (Analog & Digital), FPGA Development, VHDL, System Engineering, Motion Control & Motor Drive Systems, Hardware Bring-up, CAD Tools (OrCAD, Allegro), Component Selection.

Requirements-

• Academic Background: B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related quantitative field – Mandatory
• 4+ years of proven professional experience in board design (both analog and digital electronics) – Mandatory
• 2-3 years of hands-on experience in FPGA design, logic development, and VHDL coding – Mandatory
• Strong System Engineering capabilities with the ability to dissect high-level product requirements into detailed board architectures – Mandatory
• Proficient with industry-standard CAD tools for schematic capture and layout guidance (e.g., OrCAD, Allegro) – Mandatory
• Prior hands-on experience with motion control, motor drives, or multi-axis robotics systems – Strong Advantage
• Solid laboratory bring-up and debugging skills using standard electronics test equipment – Mandatory
• Strong technical ownership, collaborative mindset, and excellent problem-solving capabilities – Mandatory
