Operating Room Nurse (Ophthalmology) | Tel Aviv

We are looking for an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse to join our professional surgical team at our state-of-the-art medical center in Ramat Hahayal, Tel Aviv.

Responsibilities

• Assist surgeons during ophthalmic surgical procedures.
• Prepare and maintain a sterile operating room environment.
• Ensure patient safety throughout the perioperative process.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, anesthesiologists, and multidisciplinary clinical teams.
• Adhere to infection prevention, quality assurance, and patient safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and support efficient operating room workflow.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience.
• Post-Basic Operating Room Nursing Certification – Mandatory.
• Good English reading and comprehension skills.
• Computer literacy.
• Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, responsibility, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Previous experience in Ophthalmology – Significant advantage.

Work Schedule

• Sunday–Thursday
• Morning Shift: 06:00–14:00
• Evening Shift: 14:00–22:00
• Full-time and Part-time opportunities available.
