Role Description ️

Open Sky is seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Representative to join its commercial team in Israel.

This is an excellent opportunity to begin a career in the international aviation and travel industry. Previous experience is not required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, and key industry partners.
• Promote and market the products and services of the airlines represented by the company.
• Identify new business opportunities and support sales growth.
• Conduct regular sales visits and represent the company at industry events and meetings.
• Strengthen the market presence and commercial performance of the airlines under representation.

Requirements:

• Strong sales, marketing, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service orientation.
• Full proficiency in Hebrew.
• Good command of English (spoken and written).
• Advanced computer literacy and strong proficiency in modern business technologies and digital tools.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
• Previous experience is an advantage, but not mandatory.
