We're Hiring – Procurement Coordinator!

Job Description:

Managing local procurement processes.
Creating and processing purchase orders using Priority ERP.
Tracking orders and deliveries with suppliers.
Following up with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries according to company needs.
Maintaining ongoing communication with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
Updating procurement data and monitoring procurement processes in Priority.

Requirements:

Previous experience in procurement : 1-2 years– Mandatory.
Experience with Priority ERP – Advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong focus on Excel.
Familiarity with IT equipment / computer hardware – Advantage.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and accurate.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and meet deadlines.
Strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
