The company is seeking a Physical Security VP to lead senior consulting activity for strategic clients.

This role combines professional expertise, leadership of complex projects, business development, and management of working relationships with senior management, public-sector entities, critical infrastructure, and leading organizations.

Key Areas of Responsibility

·        Lead the company’s physical security practice from both professional and business perspectives.

·        Manage strategic projects, risk assessments, and security concepts.

·        Serve directly as Security Manager for strategic clients.

·        Drive business development, sales, and new opportunities with existing and prospective clients.

·        Provide professional guidance and lead consulting teams and project managers.

Key Requirements

·        At least 15 years of experience in senior security roles, preferably in both the public/state sector and the private sector.

·        Experience managing security operations, sensitive facilities, or complex projects.

·        Proven ability to work with senior executives and strategic clients.

·        Business orientation, with the ability to develop activity and manage client relationships.

·        High-level proficiency in Hebrew and English.
