Role Description The Reservations Agent (סוכן/ת הזמנות) is a full-time, on-site role based in Bnei Brak/ Ramat Gan, Israel. In this position, the team member manages incoming reservation requests via phone, email, and digital channels, providing accurate information about car rental options, pricing, and conditions ensuring that each reservation meets client needs.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work with reservation and CRM systems, manage multiple tasks, and maintain high attention to detail.
• Fluency in Hebrew and good command of English (mostly written); additional languages are an advantage.
• Comfort with digital tools and online platforms
• Reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based office environment.
• Previous experience in tourism, travel agencies, flights, hotels and customer support is an advantage.
