Instead, we return the same artifact a client sent, redrawn by hand and supported by a written argument. We keep the workshop small on purpose to ensure that the people who do the work also answer their own phones. By staying small and fully remote, we remain independent and focused on the evidence at the floor of the business.

What you would do
In this role, you will focus on the integrity of the information generated by AI models during our research and drafting phases. You will act as a human filter and auditor for technical and financial text. Your primary task is to compare AI outputs against primary source documents, ensuring that every figure, date, and logical claim is accurate. Because Mosaic Conseil prides itself on written arguments rather than decks, the quality of the prose must be high, precise, and free of corporate filler.

• Review AI-generated summaries of financial services and industrial network reports.
• Audit data points in pricing models against actual invoice ledgers provided by clients.
• Flag and correct logical inconsistencies in draft written arguments.
• Verify that the tone of the output matches our focus on evidence and intellectual honesty.
• Identify and document instances where the AI tools produce incorrect or fabricated information.
• Assist in building the evidence base that supports our final artifacts.

Helpful background
This is an entry level position suitable for those who are early in their career or currently studying. We are looking for individuals who find satisfaction in accuracy and clarity. You do not need years of experience, but you do need an inquisitive mind and a high standard for written work. Because this is a remote role, you must be comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule.

This builder and challenger model ensures that every assumption is tested before a file closes. As an AI Output Tester, you function as a critical part of the challenger process. We do not have standing meetings or long calls. We work in quiet blocks of time, focusing on the documents on the bench. Our office is entirely digital, allowing us to focus on the work itself rather than corporate rituals. We value the evidence of the ledger over the polish of a presentation.
