About the Role

We're hiring a Growth Marketing Manager with 2–3 years of dedicated experience to join our media team and help scale our paid campaigns. You'll play a key role in managing large-scale paid social efforts and driving performance across our marketing channels.

What You'll Do

• Set up, optimize, and manage large-scale paid campaigns, primarily on Meta (Facebook and Instagram), with the opportunity to expand into Google, TikTok, and digital newsletter platforms
• Test high volumes of ad copy and creative assets to maximize ROI
• Monitor daily campaign pacing, forecast performance, and deliver data-driven recommendations to hit KPI targets
• Partner cross-functionally to ensure seamless campaign execution from planning through launch
• Test new targeting strategies and stay current on industry trends and best practices

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns (Facebook and Instagram) with large media budgets
• Ecommerce industry experience required
• Strong understanding of performance marketing KPIs, financial metrics, and daily optimization (targeting, testing, and analysis)
• Excellent forecasting skills and experience managing large creative asset pipelines
• Native English speaker
