Salesforce Implementation

abra Professional Services division is seeking a talented Salesforce Implementation!

We are looking for an entry-level professional who will take an active role in configuring, customizing, and deploying Salesforce solutions—including designing and implementing smart automations (Flows) within the system. Alongside your Salesforce responsibilities, you will provide hands-on solutions for hardware and software IT issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configuring and customizing the Salesforce system—including user provisioning, permission management, building custom reports/dashboards, and designing automated Flows.
• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and managing user accounts across various organizational systems.
• Configuring end-user equipment and resolving basic connectivity and communication issues within the organization.
• Training and guiding new and existing users on Salesforce and other IT systems.
• Independently managing technical and system needs for a large, global educational organization.
  
  

• At least 1 year of experience as a Salesforce Implementation - Mandatory
• Strong familiarity with IT and user support domains (Helpdesk, OS, network management, and troubleshooting) – Mandatory.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce data structures, security/permission models, and custom report/dashboard creation.
• Hands-on experience building and debugging Salesforce Flows – Highly Preferred.
• Familiarity with organizational tools: Google Workspace, Office 365, and active directory/user management systems.
• High-level English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking) for international client communication.
• Exceptional service orientation, strong interpersonal skills, and a proactive approach.
• High self-learning, organizational, and self-management capabilities (ability to work independently directly with clients).
