Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Bookkeeper role based in Ramat Gan. The Bookkeeper will manage day-to-day financial records, including recording transactions, preparing journal entries, and maintaining accurate ledgers. Responsibilities include reconciling bank and credit card statements, assisting in the preparation of financial statements, and monitoring accounts payable and accounts receivable. The role also involves working with accounting software, supporting month-end and year-end closing activities, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. The Bookkeeper will help maintain compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Bookkeeping and Journal Entries (Accounting) skills for daily transaction recording and ledger maintenance.
• Candidates should possess skills in Financial Statements and Finance to support reporting, analysis, and compliance.
• Candidates should possess experience with Accounting Software to manage records, reconciliations, and reports efficiently.
• Relevant experience in bookkeeping or accounting, preferably in a logistics, shipping, or service-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and the ability to work with confidential financial information.
• Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets and word processing) and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams on-site in Ramat Gan.
• Relevant education in accounting, finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
