Global Sales Manager

A leading Israeli Dental Implant company specializing in the development, manufacturing, and marketing of innovative dental products for both domestic and international markets is seeking an experienced Global Sales Manager to join its team.

Location: Northern Israel (Haifa / North Region)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new international markets while expanding existing business activities worldwide.
• Identify, recruit, and manage distributors chains, sales agents, and strategic customers.
• Lead commercial negotiations and establish long-term distribution and partnership agreements.
• Drive sales performance and ensure achievement of sales targets and forecasts.
• Work closely with the Manufacturing, Marketing, and R&D departments.
• Report directly to the VP of Marketing
• Represent the company at international exhibitions, trade shows, professional conferences, and customer visits abroad.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5–7 years of proven experience in international sales and/or distributor management.
• Experience in the medical device and/or dental industry – a significant advantage.
• Proven experience working with international distributors and global sales channels.
• Strong commercial acumen and excellent negotiation skills.
• Fluent English (spoken, written, and business negotiations); additional languages are an advantage.
• Strategic thinking, strong analytical skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional business initiatives.
• Self-motivated, proactive, highly organized, and possessing excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis.
