מגנוס איתור וחילוץ מחפשת מנהל/ת להובלת הדסק המבצעי של החברה, לתפקיד הכולל אחריות על ניהול הפעילות המבצעית השוטפת, הובלת צוות הדסק וקבלת החלטות בזמן אמת באירועים מורכבים בעולם.

מיקום: משרדי החברה בתל אביב

היקף המשרה: משרה מלאה הכוללת זמינות מרחוק מחוץ לשעות למענה מבצעי בהתאם לצורך.

תחילת חפיפה: אמצע אוגוסט

תיאור התפקיד:

• ניהול הפעילות השוטפת של הדסק המבצעי.
• ניהול והובלת צוות הדסק, כולל ליווי מקצועי וקבלת החלטות.
• ניהול אירועים מבצעיים בארץ ובעולם, תוך הבטחת רציפות מבצעית ומתן מענה לאירועים מורכבים.
• תיעדוף משימות וניהול מספר אירועים במקביל.
• עבודה מול גורמים בארץ ובעולם, ספקים, שותפים ולקוחות.
• בקרה על ההיבטים הפיננסיים של הפעילות המבצעית, כולל בקרה על עלויות, מעקב אחר הצעות מחיר ווידוא ביצוע תשלומים לספקים.

דרישות התפקיד:

• ניסיון והיכרות מעמיקה עם טיולי שטח בחו"ל (טרקים) – חובה.
• ניסיון קודם בניהול צוות עובדים או הובלת צוות מקצועי – חובה.
• שליטה מלאה בעברית ובאנגלית (דיבור, קריאה וכתיבה) – חובה. יתרון לדוברי שפות נוספות.
• ניסיון בניהול אירועים, חמ"ל, חדר מצב או פעילות תפעולית מורכבת – יתרון משמעותי.
• יכולת קבלת החלטות, תיעדוף משימות ועבודה תחת לחץ בסביבה דינמית.
• בגרות מקצועית, שיקול דעת ויכולת הובלה בסביבה בעלת אחריות גבוהה.
• יכולת עבודה מול מגוון ממשקים בארץ ובעולם.
• נכונות לביצוע כוננויות מהבית וזמינות למענה מבצעי בעת הצורך.
• יתרון לבעלי רקע בתחומי החילוץ, החירום, הביטחון, הטיולים או ניהול משברים.

MAGNUS Search & Rescue | Operations Manager – Head of Operations Desk (Maternity Leave Replacement)

MAGNUS Search & Rescue is seeking an experienced professional to lead the company’s Operations Desk. The role includes responsibility for managing the company’s ongoing operational activity, leading the Operations Desk team, and making real-time decisions during complex incidents worldwide.

Location: MAGNUS offices, Tel Aviv

Position: Full-time role with remote on-call responsibilities and availability to respond to operational incidents when required.

Start date: Mid-August (including onboarding and handover period)

Role Responsibilities:

• Managing the day-to-day operations of the Operations Desk.
• Leading and managing the Operations Desk team, including professional guidance and decision-making.
• Managing operational incidents in Israel and worldwide, ensuring operational continuity and effective response to complex situations.
• Prioritizing tasks and managing multiple incidents simultaneously.
• Working with various stakeholders in Israel and abroad, including suppliers, partners, and clients.
• Monitoring the financial aspects of operational activities, including cost control, reviewing quotations, and ensuring supplier payments are processed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience and strong familiarity with overseas outdoor travel and trekking – mandatory.
• Previous experience managing employees or leading a professional team – mandatory.
• Full proficiency in Hebrew and English (spoken, written, and reading) – mandatory. Additional languages are an advantage.
• Experience managing incidents, command centers, operations rooms, or complex operational environments – a significant advantage.
• Ability to make decisions, prioritize tasks, and perform effectively under pressure in a dynamic environment.
• Professional maturity, sound judgment, and leadership capabilities in a high-responsibility environment.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in Israel and internationally.
• Availability for remote on-call responsibilities and operational response when required.
• Background in search and rescue, emergency response, security, outdoor activities, or crisis management – an advantage.
