ERP Cybersecurity Project Manager (25309)

Job Description:

• Lead the ERP project from a cybersecurity perspective.
• Manage the Cybersecurity Department's schedule to provide security solutions and support for the project.
• Take responsibility for and lead all cybersecurity aspects of the project, serving as the project's primary point of contact with the Cybersecurity Department.
• Define and prepare the project's work plan.
• Write work procedures and project documentation related to cybersecurity aspects.
• Manage and lead end-to-end cybersecurity projects in accordance with industry-standard and organization-specific methodologies.
• Manage cybersecurity projects for additional systems, from the initiation phase and Proof of Concept (POC) through implementation.
• Train, lead, and plan employee cybersecurity and information security awareness programs.
• Matrix-manage stakeholders within and outside the department, driving collaboration and engagement.
• Work with internal technical teams across the organization, as well as with a wide range of external stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience managing complex technology projects and/or providing information security consulting.
• Proven ability and experience in analysis, planning, documentation, organization, project leadership, stakeholder engagement, documentation, and reporting.
• Familiarity with information security products and security solutions.
• Ability to present project status updates and recommendations to senior management, with strong systems thinking, the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks, work independently, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Full proficiency in Microsoft Office and Monday.com.
• Academic degree or Practical Engineer diploma, preferably in Information Technology, Industrial Engineering & Management, or completion of relevant professional courses totaling at least 400 study hours.
• Native-level proficiency in Hebrew.
• High-level proficiency in English, including speaking, reading, and writing.
