Role Description

The Reservations Sales Operations Specialist is a full-time hybrid role based in Lod, with flexibility for partial work from home.

Manages end-to-end reservations and order processes, ensuring accurate data entry, timely confirmations, and alignment with sales policies and pricing.

Collaborates closely with sales representatives, finance, and logistics teams to track orders, resolve discrepancies, and support smooth customer onboarding.

Daily responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, preparing quotes, updating CRM and ERP systems, monitoring pipeline and forecast accuracy, and generating routine sales and operations reports.

Identifying process improvement opportunities, supporting internal documentation, and maintaining high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience with Administrative, reservations or sales operations - Must.
• English - Must
• Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and interact with customers.
• Customer service skills, including responsiveness, problem-solving abilities, and a focus on delivering a positive customer experience throughout the reservation and sales cycle.
• Supporting order processing, maintaining CRM records, and contributing to accurate sales forecasting.
• Relevant qualifications may include experience in sales operations, order management, or customer support in a technology or manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with CRM and ERP systems, MS Office (especially Excel), and general business software tools is highly beneficial.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced setting are important.
• A diploma or degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field is an advantage.
