Project Manager & Systems Analyst

We are recruiting a Project Manager & Systems Analyst for a public organization located in central Israel.

Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-organizational IT projects in the digital healthcare domain
• Manage a team of Project Managers and provide matrix leadership to development teams
• Analyze and design systems, interfaces, and integration solutions
• Lead integration processes and support system development and implementation
• Prioritize tasks and collaborate with business and technology stakeholders

Requirements:

• 6 years of experience managing complex IT and technology projects
• 6 years of experience in systems analysis, integration, and digital healthcare processes, including supporting development and implementing complex interfaces
• Experience working with Ensemble or TIBCO, healthcare systems, and Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems, including writing functional specification documents and providing ongoing support
• Experience implementing multi-interface systems, leading integration processes, and managing projects using Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies
• Experience writing SQL queries and advanced stored procedures, along with strong leadership, team management, and system-level thinking skills
