Product Manager

We are looking for a CFM/PW4000 Product Manager to join the MRO Division within the Aviation Group at Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI).

The position includes:

• Taking full responsibility for advancing engine programs throughout the entire product lifecycle, from engine induction to final delivery to the customer

• Managing and monitoring schedule adherence across all operational stations in accordance with the production plan

• Driving work processes in coordination with project managers, disassembly and assembly lines, process engineering, quality assurance, engineering, planning & control, and commercial teams

• Managing the overall work plan and identifying solutions to accelerate engine turnaround times and meet delivery targets

• Ensuring timely closure of operational stages and maintaining accurate engine status updates through dashboard reporting

• Identifying bottlenecks within operational processes and developing creative solutions to resolve or bypass them

• Monitoring the release of parts to subcontractors and external processes, and ensuring their timely return

• Overseeing and coordinating engine shipment processes through final customer delivery

What we’re looking for:

• Academic degree, Engineering degree, Technician, or Practical Engineer qualification – Mandatory

• At least 3 years of experience managing operational processes – Mandatory

• Experience in matrix management environments – Mandatory

• Experience in data analysis and in developing KPI-based operational solutions – Mandatory

• Good command of English (spoken, written, and reading comprehension) – Mandatory

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams

• Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills
