Production Test Engineer

Position Overview-

• Production Test Engineer (Mixed-Signal ICs) owning the execution, stabilization, and optimization of production test flows for high-performance chipsets in a high-volume manufacturing (HVM) environment.
• Driving test yield optimization, cost reduction, and capacity scaling while ensuring strict adherence to silicon quality benchmarks.
• Troubleshooting production test failures, tracking hardware-level bugs, and managing Automated Test Equipment (ATE) setups.
• Partnering closely with Design, Validation, and Yield Engineering teams to refine test methodologies, maximize coverage, and isolate manufacturing issues.
• Analyzing high-volume test data to generate production reports and implement data-driven process improvements.
• Core Domain & Ecosystem- Production Testing, High-Volume Manufacturing (HVM), Automated Test Equipment (ATE), High-Speed Mixed-Signal ICs, SerDes Interfaces, Analog Testing (ADCs, DACs, PLLs), Yield Optimization, Signal Integrity, Bench Lab Equipment.

Requirements-

• Academic Background: B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related quantitative field – Mandatory
• 4+ years of hands-on professional experience in production testing or product engineering of high-speed mixed-signal ICs or semiconductor devices – Mandatory
• Extensive practical experience operating and developing for Automated Test Equipment (ATE) platforms (e.g., Teradyne, Advantest, National Instruments) – Mandatory
• Proven background testing high-speed digital interfaces (specifically SerDes architectures) – Mandatory
• Hands-on validation or testing experience with analog/mixed-signal blocks (such as ADCs, DACs, amplifiers, and PLLs) – Mandatory
• Solid understanding of hardware verification methodologies, including signal integrity, timing analysis, and power consumption characterization in high-frequency devices – Mandatory
• Experience working with standard bench-lab test equipment (e.g., high-bandwidth oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, signal generators) – Mandatory
• Proven track record in analyzing large-scale manufacturing datasets, utilizing test data analysis software, and implementing root-cause failure analysis – Mandatory
• Strong technical communication, collaborative mindset, and problem-solving skills – Mandatory
