Tech Co-Founder

Nitur Medical is developing a diagnostic and treatment-support solution built around a proprietary ultrasound transducer and supporting algorithmics. We're an early-stage medtech company, and we're looking for our 4th team member — someone who will grow into leading our R&D.

The role:

This is a rare opportunity to join at the ground floor. Due to current budget constraints, we're starting at 40% capacity, with a planned transition to full-time within 6-12 months. Equity/options will be part of the offer.

What we're looking for:

• Signal processing expert (ultrasound experience is a plus, but not mandatory — you'll have plenty to learn from the team)
• Advanced degree (M.Sc/Ph.D.) in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related field — advantage
• Understanding of hardware — advantage
• Experience level is flexible — we care more about the person than the resume

Who you are:

An entrepreneurial mind who gets excited by hard technical problems. Someone with genuine creative thinking, comfortable operating in deep technical uncertainty, and driven to build a new product from the ground up. You don't need to be a domain expert in ultrasound — you need to be excellent at what you do and hungry to dive deep.

Practical details:

📍 Petach-Tikva, Israel — lab/office-based work is required during the R&D-heavy early phase (working with hardware), with flexibility for remote work once we transition to full-time and the pace allows it.
