We are looking for an experienced Import & Export Coordinator to join our Supply Chain team at our headquarters in Netanya.

Role Description

The Import & Export Coordinator will be responsible for managing end-to-end international logistics operations while ensuring compliance with Israeli customs regulations and import/export requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete import and export process from purchase order through final delivery.
• Coordinate international shipments via ocean freight, air freight, and courier services.
• Prepare, review, and manage shipping and customs documentation.
• Work closely with freight forwarders, customs brokers, logistics providers, and international suppliers.
• Handle import permits and regulatory approvals with Israeli government authorities.
• Monitor shipments, resolve logistics and documentation issues, and provide proactive updates.
• Maintain accurate records in the company's ERP system.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Warehouse, Finance, Sales, and external customers to ensure efficient supply chain operations

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience in import and export operations, preferably in the electronics, electrical, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.
• Strong knowledge of air, ocean, and courier shipping.
• Solid understanding of Israeli Customs regulations, HS classification, and international trade compliance.
• Experience working with Israeli government authorities, including:
• Standards Institution of Israel
• Ministry of Economy
• Ministry of Communications
• API (Import Administration)
• MASLOL+(Import Licensing System)
• Strong understanding of import/export regulations and documentation requirements.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Experience with Priority ERP – an advantage.
• High level of written and spoken English.
