Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Field Sales Representative. The successful candidate will develop and maintain strong relationships with restaurant partners, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive account growth. Key responsibilities include managing engagements with clients, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, addressing client concerns, and ensuring exceptional service to maintain trust and loyalty. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions for our clients.

Qualifications

• Proven field sales experience - a must
• Experience in the restaurant industry - a must
• Sales, Negotiation, and Relationship Management skills
• Experience in conducting sales activities and acquiring new customers
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
• Valid driver’s license (required)
