NPI Engineer

An established technology company that designs, develops, and manufactures high-reliability, multi-disciplinary hardware platforms and integrated electro-mechanical systems.

The company operates a full production and assembly ecosystem, bridging the gap between advanced R&D and high-standard physical manufacturing for global markets.

The Role

• Manage and support the New Product Introduction (NPI) process, overseeing the transition from development to mass production.
• Define and manage item numbers (SKUs), raw materials, and product trees (BOMs).
• Build comprehensive production documentation, including master BOMs, assembly drawings, and manufacturing instructions.
• Identify and approve new or alternative raw materials and components, ensuring compliance with specifications.
• Support development builds, assist in the definition and design of manufacturing and test fixtures, and optimize production lines.
• Manage and support Engineering Change Orders (ECOs).

Requirements & Qualifications

• B.Sc. degree or Practical Engineer in Electronics, Mechanics, or a related engineering field.
• 2 years of experience in a similar role in a company that develops and manufactures multidisciplinary systems (incorporating electronics, cabling, and mechanics).
• Full proficiency with Priority ERP software (Mandatory).
