🚀 We're Hiring – Electronics Practical Engineer | Ashdod, Israel

A leading defense organization is looking for an Electronics Practical Engineer to join its Quality team!

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Plan and conduct laboratory and site audits according to the annual plan.

✔ Implement and maintain ESD standards across production environments.

✔ Prepare audit reports, analyze findings, and drive corrective actions.

✔ Deliver ESD training and ensure compliance with quality procedures.

✔ Work closely with internal teams and external service providers on equipment and calibration activities.

✔ Update technical documentation, specifications, and work procedures.

✔ Promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements:

🔹 Practical Engineer (Electronics) diploma from a recognized institution.

🔹 Experience in an electronics manufacturing environment.

🔹 Familiarity with ESD standards – an advantage.

🔹 Strong technical writing, reporting, and analytical skills.

🔹 Experience delivering training and enforcing quality procedures.

🔹 Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
