Position Overview-

• Firmware & QA Scrum Master / Project Coordinator serving as the core operational and technical anchor to drive hardware-software delivery lifecycles across engineering groups.
• Facilitating end-to-end sprint planning, backlog grooming, milestone tracking, and cross-functional dependency management across organic engineering teams.
• Designing and maintaining highly detailed execution roadmaps, resource allocations, and Gantt-based development schedules.
• Embedding Agile frameworks, modern scrum principles, and cross-team execution best practices directly within technical workflows.
• Partnering daily with Embedded/Firmware Developers, Quality Engineering (QA) groups, Hardware teams, and Release Management functions to streamline product delivery.
• Core Domain & Ecosystem- Technical Scrum Master, Agile Methodologies, Resource & Effort Estimation, Dependency Tracking, Milestone Mapping, Cross-Functional Project Coordination, Embedded/Firmware & QA Lifecycles, Medical Device Standards, Jira / Azure DevOps / MS Project.

Requirements-

• Proven professional experience facilitating technical project planning, delivery, or scrum master functions within engineering or product-driven environments – Mandatory
• Extensive, practical hands-on experience driving modern Scrum/Agile environments and implementing core Agile frameworks – Mandatory
• Demonstrated mastery using Gantt-based planning tools and project tracking environments (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Azure DevOps, or Smartsheet) – Mandatory
• Strong foundational command of core execution principles: Resource planning, complex effort estimation, and cross-team dependency management – Mandatory
• Prior experience coordinating or interfacing with low-level software teams, embedded/firmware engineering, or hardware-integrated software testing (QA) – Significant Advantage
• Outstanding organizational capabilities, analytical tracking skills, and a high attention to technical delivery details – Mandatory
• Excellent communication, reporting, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to bridge collaboration gaps between release management and R&D – Mandatory
