Position Overview-

• Lead DevSecOps / Cloud Security Engineer (Sole Subject Matter Expert) serving as the ultimate technical authority and domain owner for global security engineering, embedded within an elite 5-engineer DevOps & Platform group.
• Architecting, designing, and implementing end-to-end security controls across the company’s mission-critical Cloud infrastructure, software pipelines, and modern development environments.
• Building and hardening robust corporate Cloud Security (AWS) and container security topologies (Kubernetes) from absolute scratch.
• Leading systemic threat modeling, running complex vulnerability management lifecycles, and pioneering zero-trust paradigms inside active CI/CD and SDLC pipelines.
• Authoring advanced Security Automation and developing custom internal security tooling to protect next-generation, AI-driven R&D engineering workflows.
• Spearheading cross-company Incident Response readiness while continuously optimizing monitoring, detection, and telemetry tracking architectures.
• Core Domain & Ecosystem- DevSecOps Engineering, Cloud Security Architecture (AWS), Container Hardening (Kubernetes), Identity & Access Security (IAM), Application Security (AppSec), CI/CD & SDLC Hardening, Security Automation, Threat Modeling, Detection & Monitoring.

Requirements-

• 5 years of proven professional experience split across Security Engineering, DevSecOps, Platform Engineering, or SecOps – Mandatory
• Deep, architectural mastery and hands-on deployment experience across modern Cloud environments (specifically AWS) – Mandatory
• Verifiable expert-level comprehension of core security pillars: Cloud Infrastructure Security, Application Security (AppSec), and Modern Identity Topologies – Mandatory
• Extensive, production-grade experience engineering security controls, network policies, and hardening patterns for Kubernetes clusters – Mandatory
• Proven background writing robust automation scripts or custom internal security tooling (e.g., Python, Bash, Go) to streamline detection or compliance loops – Mandatory
• Strong practical experience implementing secure CI/CD components, static/dynamic code analysis (SAST/DAST), and threat modeling techniques – Mandatory
• Highly autonomous tech leader with an analytical mindset, capable of serving as a single point of contact (SME) and driving security strategies across fast-paced R&D divisions – Mandatory
