Validation and Integration Engineer

Position Overview-

• System Validation & Integration Engineer owning the end-to-end testing lifecycle for advanced chipsets, from early architectural test definition to final production sign-off.
• Defining, planning, and executing system-level validation plans for integrated hardware, firmware, and software features.
• Driving early silicon bring-up and executing both manual and automated system tests throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Leading cross-functional system integration efforts to identify, debug, and resolve complex issues across various subsystems and hardware-software interfaces.
• Collaborating with Hardware Design, Software, and Product Engineering teams to define rigorous test requirements and maximize coverage criteria.
• Contributing to the optimization of internal test infrastructure, laboratory equipment configurations, and automation frameworks.
• Core Domain & Ecosystem- System-Level Validation, Silicon Bring-up, Hardware-Software Integration, Semiconductor R&D Lifecycle, Test Automation, Subsystem Debugging, Technical Specification Review, Signal Transmission.

Requirements-

• Academic Background: B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a closely related quantitative field – Mandatory
• 3+ years of professional experience in system validation, integration testing, or hardware-software verification – Mandatory
• Prior experience working within the semiconductor, silicon IP, or chip development industry – Mandatory
• Solid understanding of structural testing methodologies, product lifecycles, and system-level debugging techniques – Mandatory
• Proven ability to review technical hardware/software specifications and translate them into comprehensive test coverage plans – Mandatory
• Hands-on experience in test automation (writing, modifying, or maintaining test scripts and automation frameworks) – Mandatory
• Fluent English (both verbal and written) with strong technical documentation skills – Mandatory
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities with a collaborative approach to cross-team engineering challenges – Mandatory
