Position Overview-

• DevOps Engineer joining an elite, organic infrastructure squad responsible for architecting and scaling production environments that support hyper-scale global mobile traffic.
• Owning, maintaining, and hardening modern cloud topologies from end-to-end utilizing GitOps paradigms (ArgoCD) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) over AWS.
• Building, managing, and orchestrating high-concurrency container deployments across heavy Kubernetes clusters running in live production environments.
• Designing and implementing next-generation CI/CD automation pipelines, incorporating advanced deployment strategies such as Blue-Green and Canary deployments.
• Driving corporate observability, monitoring, and SRE best practices to ensure absolute zero-downtime, sub-millisecond latency, and platform resilience.
• Partnering closely with core Backend and Big Data groups to optimize distributed data architectures, real-time event streaming systems (Kafka), and workflow automation orchestrators (Airflow).
• Core Domain & Ecosystem- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), GitOps Orchestration (ArgoCD), Container Management (Kubernetes), Production Cloud Architecture (AWS), Advanced CI/CD Pipelines (Canary / Blue-Green), Event Streaming (Kafka), Data Pipelines (Airflow), Linux Systems & Observability.

Requirements-

• 3 years of proven professional experience dedicated entirely to DevOps Engineering or Platform Architecture within product-oriented environments – Mandatory
• Deep, practical working knowledge and deployment comfort operating within and scripting over Linux operating systems – Mandatory
• Production-grade mastery and deep architectural familiarity with AWS (Amazon Web Services) ecosystems – Mandatory
• Extensive hands-on experience designing, constructing, and troubleshooting infrastructure running on Kubernetes – Mandatory
• Proven background implementing modern Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and structural GitOps tooling (ArgoCD) – Mandatory
• Familiarity or practical engineering experience with high-scale data routing or messaging ecosystems (e.g., Kafka, Airflow, RabbitMQ, or equivalent Big Data structures) – Strong Advantage
• Prior experience working within the Gaming, AdTech, high-traffic B2C, or hyper-scale consumer application industries – Advantage
• A highly collaborative team player with a strong ownership mindset, capable of managing complex automation pipelines under volatile consumer traffic demands – Mandatory
