Key Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and configure Azure DevOps and Monday.com platforms.
• Manage users, permissions, roles, and licensing.
• Gather business requirements and implement system solutions aligned with organizational needs.
• Work closely with external vendors to resolve issues, coordinate upgrades, and implement system enhancements.
• Lead system implementation and adoption across the organization, including user training and ongoing support.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional business and technology teams within a complex enterprise environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field – Required.
• At least 3 years of experience implementing or administering enterprise information systems – Required.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Azure DevOps or Monday.com, including user administration, permissions management, and system configuration – Required.
• Experience gathering business requirements, implementing solutions, and working directly with business stakeholders – Required.
• Experience working with external vendors and managing incidents, upgrades, and improvement processes – Advantage.
• Familiarity with project, task, and portfolio management methodologies – Advantage.
• Strong technical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, self-learning ability, and a customer-oriented mindset.
