LLM Engineer (AI)

Position Overview-

• Senior AI Backend & Agents Engineer joining an elite, core R&D group embedded directly within the CTO office, focusing on building high-impact production systems from scratch.
• Architecting, developing, and deploying advanced AI Agents and multi-agent workflows integrated into the absolute core of the company's enterprise product line.
• Engineering secure, end-to-end data pipelines and high-throughput production infrastructures utilizing Python to ingest, process, and analyze complex unstructured enterprise documents and transactional data streams in real time.
• Owning critical features end-to-end—moving seamlessly from applied research and technical characterization to high-scale production deployment.
• Designing and optimizing system-critical components, including automated data extraction pipelines, user-facing intelligence assistants, and automated compliance engines.
• Driving constant performance optimization across deep-learning workflows, continuously improving model Accuracy, Latency, Scalability, and Cost efficiency.
• Core Domain & Ecosystem- Agentic AI Workflows, LLM Infrastructure & Production Orchestration, Advanced Data & Document Automation, RAG Architecture, Vector Databases, Python Core, Enterprise SaaS Analytics, LangChain / LangGraph Ecosystems.

Requirements-

• Academic/Military Background: B.Sc. or higher in a quantitative/scientific discipline (Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics) from a leading research university, OR a graduate of elite military technological intelligence units – Mandatory
• 6+ years of proven professional experience dedicated to software engineering or production-grade backend development – Mandatory
• Production-grade programming mastery and deep architectural background in Python – Mandatory
• Hands-on AI Expertise: Demonstrated recent experience designing, building, and scaling at least one of the following domains in live Production environments – Mandatory
• Advanced Agentic AI workflows and LLM-driven autonomous agents
• Complex Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks and Vector Databases
• Orchestration tools and graph-based agent libraries Solid experience building scalable data streaming pipelines, asynchronous execution loops, and secure API structures – Mandatory
• A product-oriented engineer with deep technical curiosity, capable of bridging complex algorithmic concepts with pragmatic, stable production realities – Mandatory
