Solution Engineer

Envoid is looking for a Solution Engineer to join our commercial and technical teams and support customer-facing technical processes, from discovery and demos to POCs, deployment planning, and technical validation.

This is a strategic role for someone who can sit between Sales, Product, R&D, and customers, understand complex technical environments, and translate customer needs into clear product and deployment solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions with customers and partners.
• Deliver product demos and explain technical capabilities, architecture, and deployment options.
• Define POC scope, technical requirements, success criteria, and deployment assumptions.
• Support Sales in customer meetings, technical evaluations, and partner enablement.
• Prepare technical summaries, POC reports, and customer-facing materials.
• Work with Product and R&D to translate customer feedback and technical gaps into actionable insights.

Requirements

• 3+ years as a Solution Engineer, Pre-Sales Engineer, Technical Account Manager, Implementation Engineer, or similar role.
• Experience with cybersecurity, mobile security, or complex technical products.
• Strong technical understanding and ability to explain complex topics clearly.
• Excellent English.
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Willingness to travel when needed.

Advantage

• Experience with government, defense, intelligence, or regulated customers.
• Familiarity with mobile security, MDM / MTD, SOC, SIEM, incident response, on-premise or air-gapped deployments.
