Development Team Lead

COMBLACK is hiring a Development Team Leader !

Join a leading organization and take responsibility for leading multiple development and planning teams, overseeing the development, maintenance, and implementation of enterprise information systems while driving strategic technology initiatives.

What are we looking for?

• 8+ years of experience in software development and information technology, with proven experience managing employees and team leaders in both direct and matrix environments – Required
• Proven experience managing at least 4 employees and/or managers within a large organization of 200+ employees – Required
• Extensive experience leading the development and maintenance of enterprise-wide applications and information systems in large-scale organizations – Required
• Hands-on experience managing budgets, resources, project delivery, and timelines for software development and infrastructure projects – Required
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives – Required
