Team Lead – Infrastructure & Tier 3 | Tel Aviv

A leading company in Tel Aviv is looking for a Team Lead – Infrastructure & Tier 3 for a challenging and impactful technical-management role in a complex and dynamic enterprise environment. The role includes full ownership of endpoint infrastructure (workplace IT), Tier 3 support, and hands-on technical responsibility for Windows environments, Intune/MDM, and large-scale deployments, alongside leading a professional team and driving process improvements across the organization.

Requirements

• :Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Information Systems / Computer Engineering or graduates of technological units / advanced courses – Mandator
• y5 years of experience in endpoint/system infrastructure – Mandator
• yExperience in technical team leadership or significant professional leadership – Mandator
• yStrong experience managing Windows endpoints – Mandator
• yExperience with SCCM and/or Intune – Mandator
• yExperience with PowerShell scripting – Mandator
• yExperience working with Tier 1 support teams – Mandator
• yAdvantage: experience with Citri
• xAdvantage: familiarity with Active Directory, GPO, Windows Servers, and endpoint security concept
