BI Development Manager

COMBLACK is hiring a BI Development & Services Department Manager!

Join a leading financial organization and lead a BI department consisting of three teams, driving enterprise-wide Data initiatives, managing budgets and resources, and promoting innovation across BI, Data Warehouse, and AI.

What are we looking for?

• 10+ years of experience in BI, Data, and enterprise information solutions – Required
• 5+ years of experience managing development teams and managers within a matrix organization – Required
• Proven experience leading complex technology projects and implementing enterprise-wide solutions – Required
• Experience defining technology solutions and leading them from business requirements through implementation – Required
• Experience managing work plans, budgets, planning, and resource allocation – Required
• Experience in large organizations with extensive and complex Data environments – Significant advantage
