Technical Project Manager

Comblack is looking for a Technical Project Manager to join a large and stable organization in Jerusalem!

What are we looking for?

• 4+ years of experience managing IT and technology projects, including leading development processes from planning through implementation, with at least 2 years of experience managing complex technology projects involving information systems analysis and requirements definition.

• Proven experience working with external vendors and development teams, including writing requirements documents, defining User Acceptance Testing (UAT), managing issues, and prioritizing tasks using Agile methodologies.

• Hands-on experience working with complex digital systems serving a large number of users (internal and external), along with practical experience working in cloud environments.

• Experience working with BI tools, data analysis, report generation, and planning system integrations and interfaces (data management systems, Single Sign-On solutions, and more).

• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong written and verbal communication abilities, proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, and drive large-scale technological transformation processes.
