AI GRC Specialist

COMBLACK is looking for an experienced AI GRC Specialist to join a large and stable organization in central Israel.

This is an exciting opportunity to take a leading role in the areas of Governance, Risk Management, Compliance, and Artificial Intelligence, helping shape secure and responsible AI adoption across innovative organizational initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the organization's AI Governance domain.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and guidelines for secure AI usage.
• Conduct cybersecurity risk assessments for AI systems and processes.
• Support AI projects throughout their entire lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, IT, legal, and executive stakeholders.
• Promote responsible AI practices aligned with organizational and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Experience in GRC and cybersecurity risk management.
• Proven experience writing policies, procedures, and risk assessments.
• Familiarity with AI technologies, including LLMs, AI Agents, and bots.
• Knowledge of security and compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, and GDPR is an advantage.
• High-level English proficiency.
