What are we looking for?

• 5+ years of experience as an Oracle and/or Microsoft SQL Server DBA – Required
• 3+ years of experience leading a DBA team within an Enterprise organization – Required
• Strong planning skills with a broad, multidisciplinary perspective – Required
• Proven experience with both application and infrastructure database administration – Required
• Hands-on experience diagnosing and resolving database performance issues – Required
